At Superteam Wheels, we are committed to your performance and satisfaction; if your high-performance carbon wheelset doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in brand-new, unmounted condition and include original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your wheels in the original double-walled shipping box, ensuring all protective hub covers and foam inserts are in place.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at an authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for verification.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the wheels are unused and free of damage, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
